In no event shall ClearPlate's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClearPlate operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
